  16. This file contains patches to compile GNU fileutils v1.3 with
  17. Microsoft C 6.0 for MS-DOS.
  18.  
  19. To compile this program, you also need the complete GNU fileutils sources for
  20. version 1.3.  These patches are for MSC v6.0, other compilers surely need
  21. some more work!

  23. Copy this file and your GNU fileutils sources into a new directory cd to it
  24. and say
  25.     patch < patches.dos
  26.     make
  27.  
  28. That's all.

  30. Please note that these patches (although distributed under the GNU General
  31. Public License) do NOT belong to the official GNU fileutils distribution.

  33. Of course the MS-DOS Version of GNU fileutils comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY.
